About HerNetwork
Hi, I’m Lucy, founder of HerNetwork.
I created HerNetwork because I knew women in business deserved something better than awkward pitches, forced referrals, and transactional networking rooms.
Traditional networking often felt rushed, competitive, or surface level. I wanted something structured, supportive, and genuinely valuable without losing the human element that makes real referrals happen.
HerNetwork is built around one core belief:
Strong businesses grow through real relationships.
Not pressure.
Not performance.
Not who can shout the loudest.
When women connect consistently, get to know each other properly, and understand how each other’s businesses work, referrals happen naturally.
What Makes HerNetwork Different
HerNetwork combines structure with warmth.
We host monthly in person events and monthly online sessions to give members consistent touchpoints.
We operate local area and business category exclusivity to protect the integrity of the network.
If you hold a seat for your business type in your local area, that seat is yours.
This keeps the environment collaborative, not competitive.
Members are encouraged to build meaningful connections, have one to one conversations, and actively support one another.
What HerNetwork Is Not
HerNetwork is not a sales room.
It is not about pitching to people who may never need your service.
It is not about transactional swaps.
It is about building trust so that when someone says, “Do you know anyone who does X?”, your name is the one confidently recommended.
Who It’s For
HerNetwork is for women who:
- Value long term relationships
- Want local exclusivity for their business
- Are willing to contribute, not just consume
- Understand that referrals grow over time
It is not for those looking for instant leads without investing in the network.
The Vision
HerNetwork is designed to grow across multiple locations while maintaining the same standards, structure, and culture in every room.
The goal is simple:
To create a trusted women’s business network where referrals are built on real connection, not obligation.
