How does HerNetwork work?
HerNetwork is a relationship-led business network for women who want meaningful connections without awkward sales or forced pitches. Each month includes a structured in-person event and an online connection session. You also get access to a member directory and your own shareable business website.
When does HerNetwork start?
HerNetwork is launching officially on 1st March. If you are on the waitlist and choose to get the founding members rate, you have access to the membership from 25th Feb 9am, after payment. Our first in-person event is confirmed for Saturday 21st March, 10:00am to 12pm at The Flying Horse, Ashford, with free on-site parking. Online sessions will launch soon after.
What is the founding member rate?
The founding member rate is £29 per month. This rate is available exclusively to the waitlist from 25th February at 9am until 1st March at 6pm. After this period, membership will be £39 per month.
What if I’m on the waitlist but miss the founding member window?
You can still join HerNetwork after 1st March at the standard rate of £39 per month once membership opens publicly.
Do I have to attend every event?
No. Membership gives you access to all events and resources, but you can attend as many as you like. Some members come every month; others choose selectively.
What is included in membership?
Membership includes:

- A personal business website
- Access to your member dashboard and RSVP tools
Will there be local WhatsApp groups?
Local WhatsApp groups may be introduced as the network grows and clusters of members form in specific areas. They are not part of the current launch offering.
Can I attend if I’m new to networking?
Absolutely. HerNetwork is designed for people who dislike traditional networking. Events are structured to help introductions happen naturally, and everyone is there to build genuine connections.
What if I can’t make one of the events?
You still keep access to the community, the member directory and your business website even if you miss an event. Attendance is optional.
Are the events suitable for all types of businesses?
Yes. HerNetwork welcomes women in business from diverse industries. We protect local exclusivity by business type where possible, so you won’t be competing directly with someone in your same area and niche.
How do I join?
Founding member access opens to the waitlist on 25th February at 9am. Simply use the link sent to your email to secure the founding rate before 1st March at 6pm. After that date, the membership option will remain at the standard price.
Can someone bring a guest to a meeting?
Guests may be invited occasionally, but to keep the experience focused, only paid members have full access to all resources and events.
